Hurricane Ridge Veterinary Hospital, in Sequim, WA is a full service hospital for cats and dogs.  We offer preventive care, vaccines, dermatology, radiology and management of chronic disease processes.  Hurricane Ridge Veterinary Hospital has an in house laboratory to aid in early diagnosis and emergency care.  Life threatening conditions such as uncontrolled diabetes and acute kidney failure can be diagnosed within minutes.  This allows for immediate treatment and early resolution of symptoms.  For more complex laboratory testing, such as screening for tick borne diseases and chronic intestinal diseases, samples can be sent out to specialists at larger laboratories or universities.  As well as medical procedures, Hurricane Ridge Veterinary Hospital is equipped with the latest technologies for anesthesia, surgery and dental care. We offer routine surgeries, such as spays and neuters as well as more complex soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries in house. 

At Hurricane Ridge Veterinary Hospital, we understand that the hospital can be stressful for some pets, especially cats.  Stress has been shown to delay healing and cause elevations in temperature and blood pressure.  Our goal is to provide a low stress environment for your pets.  We offer separate canine and feline exam, treatment, and recovery rooms.  For those patients for whom car rides cause a significant amount of distress, we offer house call appointments.  Certain days each month are set aside for house calls, our receptionist can tell you when we are available.
