Hurricane Ridge Veterinary Hospital has the latest technology in x-ray equipment. Our digital x-ray system takes the radiograph in seconds and transfers it to the computer without unwanted retakes that can be stressful to your pet and expose staff to unhealthy levels of radiation. We use a minimal restraint method that uses multiple sand bags to help position your pet. Most x-rays can be taken without any sedation. If your pet has a painful condition, a sedative and pain injection can be given prior to radiology to provide comfort.
